Shakira and Legendary Colombian Author among the founders of new Charity in Latin America
Shakira and Nobel Prize winning author Gabriel Garcia Marquez are launching a new anti-child- poverty organization the Latin America in Solidarity Action — whose Spanish acronym is ALAS, or "wings".
