The Amazing Mets Clinch National League East Title

The two heroes of the night were el boricua, Jose Valentin who homered twice and the pitcher Steve Traschel who went for 6 1/3 scoreless innings.

There was a lot of celebrating and champagne EVERYWHERE as The New York Mets celebrated with each other and their fans. They are now on their way to the playoffs.
