Penelope Cruz looked stunning in a fashion classic, the Little Black Dress, while out to see Usher's Chicago Debut. Although la Espanola looks fabulous, she was recently quoted as saying that the images of superskinny models and celebrities that are portrayed on many of the fashion and popular are very dangerous to teenage girls who in turn develop eating disorders and insecurities comparing themselves to Nicole Richie- types.
